Although,

I am well versed in the learning of logistical and organizational management

I am trained in technical behaviors of people

I am a leader of learning by doing

I am disciplined meticulously in situational awareness

I am passionate for creative excellence.

In this decade, I've learned that I am my best working self when I engage in a pursuit for the inner child in all of us(exposed and expressive). My best work is in a discovery “first day" approach to the work. So day by day I will ask all involved,"What do you need?" if I am in need of additional responsibilities, and "How do you want it done?”, always.
